Constantina was born in 2003, from a desire to make music that could touch people. We are an instrumental band interested in creating music without worrying about tags. Our music is really sincere and minimalist, the guitars are used wisely, and tend to be accompanied by delicate electronic interference. With Brazilian regional influences, Constantina tries to find a good marriage between images and sounds. This musical-visual dialogue always appears in the production of all our work.

In line of the current music industry, we also release our records in virtual form. For Haveno, released in 2011, this is no different. After going through a time of change, with Haveno, we aimed to new paths, creating dialogues between images, sounds, noises, textures.

Constantina is played by André Veloso (keyboards and synthesizers), Bruno Nunes (guitar), Daniel Nunes (drums), Gustavo Gazzola (guitar), Lucas Morais (trumpet), Thiago Vieira (bass) and Tulio Castanheira (vibraphone and percussion).
